Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

1. Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another individual.

3. Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
4. Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity intended to conceal the origins of funds transacted through the platform.
5. Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the ace 356 platform for financial gain. Any such vulnerability must be reported to the support team immediately rather than exploited.
6. Using automated bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with casino games, or access any part of the platform without explicit written authorisation from ace 356.
7. Placing bets on sporting events in which the player has insider knowledge, or placing bets as part of any match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity arrangement.
8. Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any other multiplayer game environment to gain an unfair advantage.
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the ace 356 support team or any other player. ace 356 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive conduct in all player communications.
10. Attempting to access another player's account without their knowledge or consent.
11. Charging back, reversing, or disputing any legitimate transaction made on the platform through the player's payment provider without first raising the matter with ace 356 support. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as theft and handled accordingly.
